We offer remote, flexible, task-based work paying $60–$120 per hour equivalent. Expect about 15 hours per week, with you choosing when to work; you bring deep ML expertise and English fluency, and we provide the training and tasks.

• Create and solve challenging machine-learning tasks involving model development and training or inference systems

Who this is for

• A Master's or PhD degree focused on computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, or another quantitative field closely related to these areas
• Strong professional or research experience building machine-learning systems, with depth in numerical computing, performance optimization or inference workflows
• Fluent English, with practical proficiency in Python and coding agents
• No experience in AI training work needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
