OpenTrain AI is seeking mathematical and numerical experts to join a remote, task-based program. You will create advanced mathematical tasks, verify solutions, and build reproducible workflows in Python and CLI tools, earning on an hourly-equivalent basis through accepted tasks.
Work flexibly about 15 hours per week, with no commute. Fluent English, strong math background (MS/PhD or BS+experience), and Python proficiency are required to ensure high-quality contributions to frontier AI research.
Work on the cutting edge of AI mathematics, on your own schedule, and get paid for the quantitative expertise you already have.
The AI systems everyone talks about are trained and tested by real mathematicians and quantitative experts. The teams building them need people who can create difficult mathematical problems, judge whether an AI's solution is correct, write the rigorous solution and procedure an expert would provide, and explain where the reasoning or calculations fall short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work: shaping and improving the AI systems that companies are building right now.
