WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will design, build, and maintain AI/ML data and model lifecycle management systems supporting various models, including protein Language Models, LLMs, classical ML models, and computer vision models. You will work cross-functionally to develop data and model management systems on multiple cloud providers and in-house HPC services, ensuring efficient, reproducible, and reliable AI/ML model operations.

The responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain data ELT pipelines, vectorization, and registries for dataset versioning and data drift detection
• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML lifecycle management systems, including infrastructure for experiment tracking, model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Manage MLOps platform development from inception to deployment and maintenance, overseeing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Utilize cloud platforms (preferably AWS) to build scalable MLOps solutions
• Communicate effectively with product teams
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and creating reusable code components
• Develop training materials and knowledge articles to educate scientists on model lifecycle management using the MLOps platform

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Our ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Databricks, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with AI and MLOps frameworks/tools (mlflow, kubeflow, weights & biases, terraform)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle large, complex datasets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Teamwork awareness
• Presentation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
