DUTIES

Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and pre-processing queries across various datasets using SQL Servers, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other cloud platforms. Train, re-train, and evaluate machine learning models including Genetic Algorithms, Neural Networks, Linear Regression, and Gradient Boosting using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Sci-Kit Learn. Conduct statistical analyses and feature distribution analyses to generate insights for model development. Design and implement MLOps architectures and CI/CD pipelines utilizing MLFlow, Docker, and asset management tools. Review literature and industry advancements in AVM/Real Estate and ML/AI domains to inform model and solution design. Develop NLP pipelines involving Named Entity Recognition (NER), and build Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI initiatives. Remote work is permitted.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, with at least five (5) years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role.

Special Skills

• Experience with ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Theano, solving real-world problems.
• Proficiency in NLP tasks such as text processing, information retrieval, NER.
• Experience in Vision, Classification, Extraction, Regression, Clustering, Forecasting.
• Building deep learning models with TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV.
• Data visualization, big dataset manipulation, feature engineering.
• Building and managing MLOps pipelines (DataBricks, DVC, Kubeflow, Airflow, Vertex AI).
• Developing automation pipelines for ML platform deployment, training, and inference.
• Experience with low-code/AutoML libraries such as PyCaret and AutoKeras.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services related to machine learning and data management.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and hardware selection for latency requirements.
• Experience with AI products like Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker, DataBricks, AutoML.
• Programming in Python or Java; building RESTful Web Services in JSON/XML.
• Version control with Git; understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
