You will work both independently and in teams, applying strong C# and C++ programming and debugging skills to machine control and data acquisition in multi-threaded environments. You will collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to create reliable, scalable solutions for automated sorting, assembly and inspection, and

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of related experience with a suitable degree, or six years with a Master’s/three years with a PhD.
• Strong C#/C++ programming and debugging skills for machine control.
• Experience with multi-threaded/multi-process environments and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Machine control software for automated sorting, assembly, and inspection machines.
• Plan, develop and test software enhancements including cloud-based tools.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to create reliable solutions for high-volume manufacturing.
• Integrate automation machines with MES software and process flows.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle including testing and release.
• Create technical design and user documentation for development projects.
