Job summary

Hadrian’s Factory Automation team builds and supports high-rate, automated manufacturing equipment. You’ll work with engineers to deploy automation that enhances safety, quality, throughput and uptime across Hadrian’s factories.

You will assemble, install, troubleshoot and improve custom equipment, including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic installation, and production support. This role partners with controls and software teams to deliver reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years assembling, maintaining, or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with AC/DC electrical systems, sensors, motors, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Build and wire control panels per schematics and docs.
• Install sensors, motors, actuators, safety devices, and pneumatics.
• Support installation, alignment, commissioning, and production launch.
• Provide feedback to design for manufacturability.
• Maintain organized work areas and tools.
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
