Devoted Health is seeking a senior analytics lead to own the Medicare Advantage portfolio analysis. You will determine growth and margin drivers, decompose PMPM trends, and defend your recommendations to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes building end-to-end pipelines with AI-assisted automation and collaboration across claims, product, and actuarial teams. You will own data interpretation, model development, and the storytelling required to influence strategic decisions at the executive

Qualifications

• Six or more years in Medicare Advantage with hands-on data work.
• You understand claims data structures, codes, and risk adjustment impacts.
• You can translate data into strategic recommendations and defend them.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analytics to inform growth and margin decisions.
• Decompose PMPM trends into utilization and cost drivers.
• Build defendable comparison groups and quantify impact of design changes.
• Present data-backed recommendations to senior leaders, including the CEO.
• Develop AI-assisted pipelines and automated workflows for analytics.
