Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned analytics leader to drive the strategic analysis of the Medicare Advantage portfolio. You’ll own the pipeline that links data, product strategy, and bid development, using AI-assisted processes to accelerate insights.

You’ll own high-impact analyses, defend your recommendations to senior leaders, and shape how growth and margin are balanced across plans, products, and networks in a remote, highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in Medicare Advantage with hands-on data experience.
• Strong SQL and comfort with large claims data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Ability to turn analysis into strategy and defend it to senior leadership.
• End-to-end ownership of data projects from discovery to presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis behind portfolio decisions and product/service mix.
• Decompose PMPM trends into utilization vs unit cost; build defendable groups.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to senior leaders, including the CEO.
• Build infrastructure for portfolio/bid cycle through AI-assisted pipelines.
• Support go-to-market efforts by providing clear analyses for marketing and sales.
