The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors, drawing on statistics and ML methods to improve population health outcomes and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM or Bachelor's + 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 7 years of Data Analytics, Academic Research, and/or Work Experience.
• 1 year of Using Large Data-sets.
• 1 year in Predictive Modeling or Advanced Statistics.
• 1 year presenting complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring decisions, coaching and development; manage day-to-day dept operations.
• Create product/ capability vision, strategy and backlog; governance meetings; prioritization.
• Oversee delivery of analytical solutions to support business questions in production.
• Translate analysis results into reports and visualizations for leadership.
• Research and transfer new analytical skills; guide larger projects with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
