Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Senior Practice Architect for the M365/Workforce AI domain in Seattle. You will own the architectural direction of Microsoft 365 and Collaboration, partner with product and delivery teams, and guide strategic opportunities with large enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, offer innovation, and customer advisory with a path toward senior leadership within the Microsoft Practice.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in a technical field (ideally with Microsoft technologies).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Former Microsoft experience or leadership roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as architectural authority for Microsoft 365 and Modern Work.
• Lead AI integration into delivery models and customer workflows.
• Develop and mature service offerings, assessments, workshops, IP.
• Provide presales support, solution architecture, and governance for large programs.
• Mentor architects and engineers to raise the architectural bar.
