Job summary

Sun Life in Canada is seeking a M365 Productivity & Collaboration Engineer to deliver secure, scalable 365 services in a large enterprise. The role blends Windows OS, identity, and endpoint engineering to enable top-notch end-user experiences.

You will act as SME for Windows, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Intune, leading design, implementation, and handover with a focus on security, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with a focus on Microsoft 365 and identity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale Windows engineering

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions
• Lead engineering efforts for Windows endpoints and identity
• Implement automation and monitor performance and security
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Document designs and enable knowledge transfer
