Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Messaging & Governance Engineer to architect and own governance across Exchange Online and Teams, partnering with security, GRC, and business teams. The role focuses on scalable policies, lifecycle management, and data protection within a large enterprise.

You’ll design standards for retention, sharing, access, and policy enforcement, while delivering automation with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate, and building governance dashboards with Power

Qualifications

7+ years of experience within Microsoft 365 governance, messaging, collaboration, administration, or engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and mature governance framework for Exchange Online and Teams.
Define lifecycle management, retention policies, and access controls.
Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and Purview.
Collaborate with GRC, security, and business units to translate requirements into controls.
