Job summary

Unisys is seeking an IT M365 Service Delivery Principal to oversee M365 engineering, design, governance, and roadmaps within the Unified Communications Service Delivery team. You will ensure high service availability and drive security and compliance across O365 environments.

The role focuses on engineering O365 cloud services operations, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to meet business objectives and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years delivering IT services at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 infrastructure and security controls.
• Experience with O365 products and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest level of service availability and efficiency aligned with enterprise goals.
• Document build/operations specs for new or existing M365 services.
• Lead engineering efforts for O365 security, DLP, and IAM/RBAC controls.
• Provide regular management reporting on IT O365 services.
