Job summary

Orange County Government is seeking a technically adept administrator to coordinate strategic planning and evaluation of county programs at the Innovation Center. You will develop models of service delivery and advise on continuation or discontinuation of projects based on rigorous analysis.

The role requires independent judgment, collaboration with county staff and partners, and oversight of technology-focused programs across software, hardware, and digital fabrication environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field and 3 years of program planning and development or evaluation experience.
• Experience with evaluating programs and services, and making continuation/discontinuation recommendations.
• Ability to support technical equipment and programs in a county technology facility.

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates strategic planning, operation, and evaluation of programs and services.
• Develops models of service delivery and program practices through research and analyses.
• Supports Innovation Center equipment and technical environments, including software, hardware prototyping and immersive technologies.
• Serves as liaison between programs, contracted agencies, and county staff; ensures compliance with regulations.
