Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management or related field and two years in waste and recycling.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects.
• Familiar with MS Office and Maximo; ability to interpret contracts and regulations.
• Public speaking and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation and management of the new recycling contract, including contractor monitoring and milestones.
• Manages Recycling Program administration, budgeting, accounting, and contract performance.
• Plans, directs, and manages the County-wide Recycling Program and sets goals and measures.
• Supervises Recycling Program staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Leads communications for the Division, including content development and outreach.
