Responsibilities

Develop and implement transaction advisory services for clients.
Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
Prepare memoranda and presentations describing key attributes of client companies.
Review tax aspects of acquisitions and draft tax opinions.
Identify tax risks and opportunities in transaction planning.
Conduct due diligence for buy and sell side transactions.
Support negotiation and client communication to ensure service quality.
