Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required; or a graduate degree and 4 years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of work related experience in a mid to large size professional services firm.
• CPA or JD/LLM required.
• Strong written communication skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations on client companies and industries.
• Assist in tax due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition planning.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities; advise on alternative tax strategies.
• Review tax computations in financial models and analyze tax data in projections.
• Data gathering, document review and report preparation.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy and sell side transactions.
• Support transaction structuring for tax and accounting issues.
• Provide negotiation support and maintain client service quality.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
