Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Taxation or JD with LLM in taxation is preferred.
• CPA and/or licensed attorney is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience leading M&A tax services engagement teams is preferred.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management with clients, routinely working with c-suite executives for financial due diligence across middle-market companies.
• Collaborate with private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks on due diligence and other M&A tax activities.
• Lead all aspects of deal execution, including sourcing, client relationships, and team supervision.
• Coordinate services with other practice areas as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and participate in business development.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, seniors and managers.
