Job summary

Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm seeking a senior M&A tax professional to manage engagements with c-suite executives, perform tax due diligence for middle-market transactions, and coordinate deal execution with private equity and investment banks.

You will lead teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development while ensuring high quality tax advisory services across a broad range of transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Master’s in Taxation or JD with LLM in taxation preferred.
• CPA and/or licensed attorney is required.
• Experience leading M&A tax services engagements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management with clients including direct work with c-suite executives.
• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A tax activities with PE firms, strategics, and investment banks.
• Lead deal execution, manage client relationships, and oversee team members.
