Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Taxation or JD with LLM in taxation preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• CPA and/or licensed attorney required.
• Experience leading M&A tax services engagements at a large national firm preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management with clients includes routinely working directly with C-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies.
• Coordinate services with other practice areas and manage client relationships.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and managers of the team.
