Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a corporate or M&A paralegal.
• Paralegal certificate or recognized paralegal certification required.
• Experience in corporate/M&A practice at a leading law firm or in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Own transaction project management for acquisitions, building deal timelines and tracking dependencies.
• Manage due diligence, data rooms, document requests, and clearance items.
• Own closing checklists, signature packets, and final closing binders.
