Job summary

Integra Testing Services is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, pipeline development, underwriting, diligence, transaction execution, and post‑close performance tracking.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, you will work with senior leadership to drive growth through acquisitions and greenfield expansion for a national HVAC testing and validation services provider.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, PE or related field.
• Experience supporting M&A from identification to close or post‑close analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required.
• Ability to travel regularly for acquisition meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize acquisition pipeline and CRM data.
• Support target identification, outreach, and deal tracking.
• Build valuation, returns and pro forma models for acquisitions.
• Prepare investment memos, target overviews and diligence materials.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary diligence workstreams and data rooms.
• Assist LOI, purchase agreement, signing and closing processes.
• Track post-close performance against underwriting assumptions.
• Conduct market and end-market analyses for growth initiatives.
• Develop relationships with owners, advisors and leadership teams.
