DLC is seeking an Accounting & Finance Consultant for its Philadelphia market in a full-time salaried role. You will engage in project-based work with the stability of a salaried position, collaborating with executives across reporting, forecasting, transformations, and interim leadership support.

You’ll contribute to AI-driven finance initiatives, ERP implementations, and post‑merger integrations, while growing across industries and client engagements at a leading professional services firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; public accounting experience preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including Fortune 1000 exposure.
• Hands-on with ERP implementations and finance transformations.
• Experience in post-merger integrations and FP&A leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead Day 1 readiness and post-merger financial integration across finance functions.
• Evaluate core workflows to standardize, automate, and modernize operations.
• Identify AI-driven solutions to optimize FP&A capabilities.
• Guide ERP implementations and data harmonization across systems.
