Job summary

DLC is seeking experienced Accounting & Finance consultants for its Philadelphia market in a full-time salaried role. You will tackle financial reporting, FP&A, system implementations, and process improvements for a mix of clients including Fortune 1000 and private-equity-backed entities.

You’ll work with executives on critical initiatives, including forecasting, close processes, and governance, while benefiting from the stability of a full-time employer and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
• MBA and/or CPA or in process required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success inside a Fortune 1000 company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes and improve the month-end close.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages; support SEC filings.
• Lead FP&A activities: annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range plans; build models and decision tools.
• Drive financial systems implementations and upgrades; define requirements and assist with software selection.
• Document current processes and redesign workflows to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
• Provide interim financial leadership and support during growth, change, or transitions.
• Coordinate projects across Finance and IT; manage scope, timelines, and risks.
