DLC is seeking experienced Accounting & Finance consultants for full-time, salaried roles in the Philadelphia market. You will work on project-based initiatives with stability of a full-time position, serving diverse clients across industries and collaborating with senior executives.

Responsibilities span reporting, compliance, forecasting, systems implementations, transformations, process improvements, and interim leadership support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related area.
• MBA and/or CPA or in process.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including Fortune 1000 exposure.

• M&A integration management across accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
• Finance transformation and process optimization across units.
• AI and automation implementations to enhance FP&A capabilities.
• Systems architecture and data alignment with IT and ERP teams.
• FP&A leadership including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Change management and alignment across matrixed business units.
