• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience with significant M&A transactions.

• Lead and manage domestic and international M&A transactions from inception through post-closing integration.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft acquisition agreements, joint venture arrangements, and related documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and assess legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
