Larson Maddox is seeking a highly motivated corporate attorney to serve as Senior Counsel and Senior Director for a client in the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will lead the legal function, managing internal processes, overseas staff, and outside counsel.

Key responsibilities include overseeing M&A strategy and due diligence, negotiating complex commercial contracts, managing litigation, and ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school and active state bar membership.
• Minimum 6 years of experience; preference for Big Law and in-house background.
• Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector and international governance is valued.
