Larson Maddox is recruiting a Senior Counsel to lead the global legal function for a growing aviation and industrials business. This role focuses on managing commercial contracts and M&A, advising on governance, employment, IP, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will negotiate complex domestic and international agreements, oversee due diligence, and coordinate with outside counsel to scale legal processes across a global organization.

Qualifications

• JD with active state bar membership.
• Minimum 6+ years of legal experience (Big Law + in-house preferred).
• Strong background in commercial contracting within the industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or aviation-adjacent industries.
• Meaningful exposure to M&A processes, including due diligence and transaction support.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global legal function and manage both in-house and outside counsel.
• Oversee contracting and M&A activities, develop standardized legal processes for a global structure.
• Partner with sales and procurement to negotiate complex domestic and international agreements, including infrastructure markets.
• Oversee M&A due diligence, data rooms, and transaction documentation.
