Priceline.com LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, to manage day-to-day M&A activities. This hybrid role entails working with a small team to execute M&A and investment activities while performing due diligence and financial modeling.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of finance, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex information. The position includes a competitive salary range of $187,200–$228,800 and encompasses comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience running day-to-day M&A deals from identification through closing.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience creating presentations for C-level executives and the Board of Directors.
• Highest level of maturity and respect for confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage the efforts of others.
• Experience communicating complex information to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day M&A transactions from idea generation to deal execution.
• Lead business due diligence and identify key risk factors.
• Develop and scrutinize company valuation and financial modeling.
• Coordinate across functional and brand teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues.
