Overview

This hybrid role requires two days in-office, occasional short travel (generally limited to a few days), and a target start date of October1,2026. The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will work with a small team to identify, analyze and execute M&A and investment activities on behalf of Booking Holdings. Responsibilities include managing full transaction cycles, conducting due diligence, developing valuation models, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and preparing concise presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day M&A transactions from idea generation to deal execution and closing.

Compensation & Benefits
