Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support M&A and divestiture transactions, partnering with senior leadership and across product, strategy, and technology teams.

The role is Denver-based with a preference for relocation, but highly-qualified U.S.-based remote candidates will be considered. You will build financial models, assess target fit, and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment/partnership opportunities, including valuation analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop models and assess target fit and attractiveness.
• Summarize analyses for leadership review and decision making.
• Manage project workflows from ideation to completion with due diligence and data room prep.
