Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to support the company’s inorganic growth through M&A, divestitures, and strategic investments. The role is primarily Denver-based, with strong consideration for qualified remote candidates across the U.S.

You will lead financial modeling, work with senior leadership, and coordinate due diligence while developing deep industry insights to guide strategic decisions and value creation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Valuation Advisory, or other M&A-related roles.
• Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modeling for M&A and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to assess target company fit.
• Summarize financial modeling and analysis for decision-makers.
• Assist in structuring and managing projects from ideation to completion.
