• 5–8 years of corporate/M&A experience at a law firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Licensed in North Carolina, or eligible for admission.

• Run day-to-day execution on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including diligence, drafting, and closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.
• Support investment and financing transactions and general corporate matters.
• Supervise junior associates and take on increasing client contact.
