Prospect Rock Partners, a premier investment banking boutique, seeks an Associate for its New York M&A team. You will design, originate, structure, and execute corporate finance and M&A transactions, providing critical input on pitch materials and deliverables to clients.

The role emphasizes leadership on deals, collaboration with senior bankers, and active contribution to business development while maintaining high standards of analysis and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A
• MBA in Finance strongly preferred or current Associate standing at top-tier bank
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A advisory activities across the business services sector through all deal phases
• Oversee valuation analyses, financial models, and client communications with senior bankers
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and develop pitch materials for client engagements
• Contribute to business development, client presentations, and firm initiatives
