Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate with 6 to 8 years of sophisticated M&A experience to join its growing Corporate Practice Group in Chicago.

You will represent middle‑market companies and private equity clients on deals from $10 million to $1 billion, draft complex agreements, advise on governance matters, and collaborate across teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience.
• Experience with private equity and private securities offerings.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle middle-market M&A transactions and related corporate matters.
• Provide governance guidance and advisory services to clients.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate across Partners and Practice Groups to deliver client service.
