The Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies and private equity funds across diverse industries, handling acquisitions, divestitures, private offerings, and corporate governance with a practical, business‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with private equity and middle-market deals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support M&A transactions from structuring to closing.
• Advise on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and related matters.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services.
• Contribute to client-facing materials and thought leadership.
