Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Associate with 6 to 8 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience to join our growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group.
LP’s Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional and governance matters. We handle M&A transactions from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries — including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more. Our work includes complex acquisitions, divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings and general corporate counseling.

The annual salary range for this position is $315,000 to $340,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.LP offers generous compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental and vision benefits, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
