Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sophisticated M&A transaction experience.
• Knowledge of private equity transactions is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with specialist teams, organize transaction checklists, and manage due diligence.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
