Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking mid-to-senior level Mergers & Acquisitions Associates with 3+ years of experience to join its national practice, advising public and private companies, strategic investors and PE sponsors on domestic and cross-border deals. Ideal candidates will draft and negotiate documents, manage due diligence, and lead workstreams.

A J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and bar admission are required; preferred offices include Silicon Valley, Boston, Denver and New York.

Qualifications

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Managing due diligence processes
• Leading workstreams and client/ deal team communication
• Advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
