Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a middle-to-senior associate for its US leveraged finance team. The role involves working on a broad spectrum of lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending, representing lenders, PE sponsors and borrowers.

Candidates should have strong transaction experience and superb client-relations skills, and be prepared to contribute to a collegial, high-performing culture. ABA-eligible bar in the US required.

Qualifications

• Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions and related UCC matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and build long-term relationships with sophisticated client teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending.
• Represent lenders, private equity sponsors and borrowers in domestic and international transactions.
• Collaborate across offices as part of a fully integrated national practice.
