Job summary

Touchstone Communities in The Heights of Bulverde is seeking an experienced LVN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team in a long-term care setting. You will support clinical operations, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to elevate resident care and outcomes.

The role requires a Texas LVN license and at least 2 years of leadership in long-term care, with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Texas LVN license (or Compact Party State LVN license) is required.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nurses and CNAs.
