Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at The Heights on Valley Ranch in Porter, TX. This leadership role supports daily clinical operations and oversees a team of nurses and CNAs to deliver high-quality resident care.

The ADON partners with administration to implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of compassion and excellence in care. Texas RN license and leadership experience in LTC are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (or Compact State license) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in long-term care or skilled nursing leadership.
• Strong clinical judgment and mentoring ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in coordination with the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nurses and CNAs.
• Partner with leadership to implement practices that improve resident outcomes.
• Drive regulatory compliance and foster a compassionate, ethical culture.
• Serve as a role model and resource to empower the nursing team.
