Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at The Heights of Bulverde to lead daily clinical operations and mentor a team of nurses and CNAs. The role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and compassionate resident care.

Ideal candidates will hold a Texas RN license with 2+ years in long-term care leadership, strong clinical judgment, and collaborative leadership skills to drive improvements across the facility.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of nurses and CNAs.
• Partnering with leadership to implement practices that improve resident outcomes and quality of life.
