Jobot is seeking a Senior Technology Designer to support low-voltage technology and security systems design and delivery. You will develop coordinated designs and construction documents, translating owner requirements into detailed layouts, drawings, schedules, narratives, and specs, while providing construction‑administration support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technology design, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and experience with healthcare or data‑center projects.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of technology‑design experience and ability to independently develop coordinated drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of low-voltage technology and security systems; strong communication and technical judgment; proficient with Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Healthcare and/or Data Center project experience.
• Experience in an architecture/engineering consulting environment.
• BICSI RCDD or DCDC certification.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Own technology-design deliverables with PMs and design teams.
• Produce low-voltage layouts, schedules, details, drawings, narratives, and specs.
• Develop construction documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate tech and security infrastructure with architectural, mechanical and electrical plans and project requirements.
• Participate in design-team and owner meetings; document key decisions; assist with issues.
• Review submittals and RFIs during construction; perform site surveys and construction observations.
• Review deliverables for quality and technical accuracy; mentor other designers.
• Coordinate priorities and deadlines with project management.
