Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in technology-design, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, and healthcare or data center project exposure.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant technology-design or consulting experience and be capable of independently developing coordinated low-voltage drawings and specifications.
• Experience with low-voltage technology and electronic security systems; familiarity with industry standards; strong communication and technical judgment; proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technology-design deliverables while coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce low-voltage layouts, schedules, details, drawings, design narratives, and specifications.
• Develop construction documentation using Revit and other design platforms.
• Coordinate technology and security infrastructure with architectural plans and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Participate in design-team and owner meetings, document key decisions, and assist with technical issue resolution.
• Support construction by reviewing submittals for compliance and responding to RFIs.
• Perform site surveys and construction observations and review testing documentation.
• Review design deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers.
• Coordinate priorities, workloads, and deliverables with project management.
