Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Senior Private Client Advisor for our Yacht team. You will support a high-volume book of Private Pleasure Yachts clients, delivering day-to-day service by anticipating needs and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, or email.

You will gather client information, propose coverage options, and negotiate with carriers to ensure compliant, comprehensive solutions. Some travel is required, and growth via referrals is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license
• Client facing experience with confidentiality, professionalism, and communication
• Some travel required

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume book of business for Private Pleasure Yachts Clients
• Provide proactive day-to-day service and respond to client inquiries
• Negotiate with multiple carriers for comprehensive coverage within laws and regulations
• Develop new business through referrals and expanding existing client programs
• Use agency management system to maintain account information accurately
