Job summary

Breitling seeks a Senior Client Ambassador to elevate the e-commerce experience for Universal Genève and related brands. You will deliver white-glove service, engage VIP clients, and drive sales through personalised consultations across calls, emails, chat, and video sessions.

You will build lasting relationships with collectors and Centurion members, leveraging CRM tools to tailor recommendations and ensure exceptional, discreet service and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, client advisory, or customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized white-glove service experience for Universal Genève collectors, VIP clients, and American Express Centurion members, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity of the brand.
• Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with boutiques, logistics, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional end-to-end client experiences for high-value purchases.
