Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a General Contractor specializing in Luxury Residential Construction (Condo / Penthouse interiors) to hire a Senior Superintendent for on-site leadership in Miami Beach. You will direct day-to-day supervision, manage milestones, and ensure safety and quality across projects ranging from $3M to $15M, with Procore expertise and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years of luxury residential experience and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing luxury residential construction projects.
• Project cost range from $3M to $15M.
• Expertise in high-end condo/penthouse interiors.
• Strong experience with Procore or similar software.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Manage project milestones
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
