Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee punch-list activities on a $350M luxury condo project in South Florida. The role supports the Lead Superintendent with day-to-day field operations and coordinates Subcontractors to maintain quality, schedule, and closeout.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in multifamily high-rise or luxury residential construction, strong track record delivering units and common areas, and proficiency with Procore, Excel, MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in multifamily high-rise or luxury residential projects.
• Strong background completing units and common areas.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling tools.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of construction experience; 7-10 preferred
• Multifamily mid/high-rise or luxury residential experience
• Strong background completing units and common areas
• Experience with a large GC or relevant subcontractor welcomed
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, MS Project, or Primavera
