The Assistant Superintendent will support the on‑site management of high‑end luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met from start to finish. Our client is a well‑established luxury residential general contractor specializing in custom homes and high‑end renovations throughout South Florida. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes, and white‑glove client service, they deliver some of the most prestigious residences in the Miami area.

Responsibilities

Brand new, refactored ok
• Assist the Superintendent with daily on‑site operations for luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain project schedules and assist with short‑term planning and look‑ahead schedules.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in inspections, punch lists, and quality control walkthroughs.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and ownership teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on luxury residential or high‑end custom home projects in South Florida.
• Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, detailing, and residential construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proactive, organized, and hands‑on with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence on high‑profile job sites.
• OSHA certification preferred.
